Common Returns Questions
Is it easy to return & exchange items?
Absolutely! There's nothing worse than a frustrating return and exchange process! Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Exchanges are equally simple, provided we have inventory in stock.
How soon will I get my refund or exchange?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within five business days. Exchanges will be sent out once we've received your original purchase back.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Even though we do rigorous fabric, garment and product testing we unfortunately can't eliminate all chances of defective product. If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to provide a replacement item to you, free of charge - just follow through the above exchange method. If the defect is small, we also offer a repair credit program to cover the cost of fixing your item while also reducing the shipping impact of returns and exchanges. If you'd like to take advantage of this repair program, please email us with your order number and photo of the damage to email@example.com.
What items are returnable?
We get that online shopping occasionally = the wrong size or the wrong fit.
Items purchased in the last 45 days are eligible for returns provided they meet the below conditions.
Any items sent back for exchange or return must follow the four U’s: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
We know that you need a quick try-on at home but please don’t take your piece for a spin out and about! Also make sure to include any original packaging, including all tags or dust bags, totes, boxes or any other items that came with when you send it back to us :).
What items are non-refundable?
Items marked as final sale.
